Bio

Stone!? are a hard-hitting three-piece metal outfit from the South of England, fusing crushing riffs with infectious grooves. Blending the raw power of metal and rock with the pulse of dance music, they deliver a sound that hits just as hard on the stage as it does on the dancefloor. Expect heavy, hypnotic rhythms and riffs that don’t let go. Drawing influence from the likes of Helmet, Faith No More, The Prodigy, Karma to Burn, Kyuss, Prong, and DJ Shadow, Stone!? carve out a sound that’s both gritty and groove-driven, with a sharp edge of experimentation. Line-up: Si — guitar & vocals, Marc — drums & vocals, Chris — bass

Jack Issues cover

Jack Issues

Released 9 Mar 2026

Jack Issues is the 10-track debut album from groove metal trio Stone!?, delivering a punch of heavy riffs, locked-in rhythms, and raw, stripped-down aggression. Built on thick guitar tones, pounding drums, and bass lines that hit like concrete, the record leans into groove over flash, every track designed to lock into a riff and grind forward. The album moves between crushing mid-tempo stompers and sharp bursts of controlled chaos, with jagged riffs, stop-start rhythms, and hooks that hit hard without losing the grit. Lyrically and sonically, Jack Issues circles themes of pressure, frustration, and dark humour, channelled through blunt, no-nonsense songwriting. Across ten tracks, Stone!? carve out a sound rooted in groove metal and 90s alternative heaviness - tight, confrontational, and built for volume.

Hammerers EP cover

Hammerers EP

Released 2 Dec 2019

Hammerers is a short, heavy burst of noise-driven alternative rock from Stone!?. Built around abrasive guitars, pounding rhythms and hypnotic repetition, the EP moves between tightly controlled riffs and moments that feel deliberately unstable and on the verge of falling apart. There’s a strong early-90s noise-rock and post-hardcore influence running through it, but the emphasis is on keeping the recordings physical and immediate rather than overly polished. Guitars grind and scrape, drums hit hard, and the vocals fight for space inside the distortion.
