Data & Account Deletion
Fully Open Records users can request deletion of their account and associated personal information.
Request deletion
Until self-service account deletion is available, send your request from the email address associated with your FOR account to:

Include enough information for us to identify the account you want deleted.
We may need to verify that you control the account before completing the request.
What happens
Following verification, we will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymise personal information associated with the account where it is no longer required.
Some information may be retained where necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or another lawful purpose.
If the account manages an artist profile or shared artist content, we may need to establish whether the content itself should be deleted, transferred to another authorised artist administrator or retained separately from the departing user's personal account.
Google and Facebook sign-in
This process also applies if you created or accessed your Fully Open Records account using Google or Facebook.
Removing FOR from Google or Facebook does not necessarily delete the corresponding Fully Open Records account. Use the process above if you also want the FOR account and associated personal information deleted.
