Artist
Be Svendsen and Kamilla Kovacs have been making music together for more than ten years, and their new conceptual project gathers that long partnership into a single, carefully realised body of work. Svendsen's organic, cinematic electronic production gives the music its space and movement, while Kovacs's haunting, shape-shifting voice moves through it, the two building records where atmosphere and texture carry the story.
Lyrics
It was all in her Her walk was like a dance Eyes that drew your gaze To your enraptured face Aimlessly you walked In search of something lost A wasted earthly time Blinded by the divine So now you walk in shame You threw it all away Did you find her name In hollow dizziness You grew oblivious Entered an old experience It made the sky grow blue The water was your road With love from everything Though it could not be seen There you knew your fate You saw the world unfold The open made you free For an eternity So now you’ve lost your name Causing no more pain Are you still the same In hollow dizziness You grew oblivious In search of an old experience So was it all a dream A state of inbetween There you floated off Relieved of every thought So now returning home To where your brother’s gone What we all came from In certain dizziness We all grow oblivious Into a lost experience
